Whitney Nisley, NP

Felt very rushed. NP only spent approximately 6-7 minutes with me. Felt like an inconvience. She was condescending and made me feel like I didn't know anything. She was pushy as well. Will never see her again.

I had a horrible experience with Whitney! I went to see her because my primary MD was not available the times I was available at that time. I went in for a basic procedure that she refused to do because her personal opinion was different than my MD’s. she talked to me like I was stupid and incompetent when all I was doing was what my MD told me too! Then she made me feel like a terrible person and made it seem that I was ok with killing babies! I was not pregnant for the record... this was the second time I was seen by Whitney only because my MD was unavailable and both times I walked out crying because I felt so judged and put down by her. As an NP, your job is to care for and educate not get an attitude with your patients when they are miss informed or are given instructions by a medical professional that you don’t agree with! If you can’t be nice to your patients, you should not be a nurse! (Ps I don’t mind that you you didn’t perform the procedure I do mind the way you talked to me

Horrible experience! She acted like I was an inconvenience, was a poor listener, lacked compassion and was rude, condescending and patronizing. Whitney made me feel horrible when I needed her help. Not only was her bedside manner terrible, it got worse when she learned she was not competent to handle my situation. No one should experience this horrible level of care. However, the phone nurse was great and scheduled me to see her the next day due to an urgent need and the CMA was great and compassionate, as well.
