Wenwen Gong

I just had an appointment with Dr. Gong two days ago. She didn't listen at all, asking me the same questions over and over again (for example, she kept asking what my vision out of 20 was...at least 4 times, after I told her I didn't know). She also kept asking to see my prescription; I mean, maybe write it down after the second time if you can't remember it? It was very odd. She also said, out of nowhere, 'Your eyes are weird.' She insisted strabismus, which I was diagnosed with as a small child, is being cross-eyed, which I definitely am not; I double checked the definition and she is absolutely wrong. I find it very odd that an optometrist doesn't know basic definitions of common eye concerns. She also told me that the prescription she was giving me was 'as good as [she] can do' and when I told her I still couldn't see and in fact was seeing worse with her prescription, she insisted I was wrong and was seeing better. The whole thing was absolutely bizarre.
