Dr. Williams is a good doctor but her and her office staff aren't good about communicating closures and appointment changes to their patients. I've had my appointments changed or cancelled with little notice multiple times, sometimes without them calling me. The office staff also schedule appointments without discussing what date or time will work for you. Their office closed and didn't notify their patients until the day before or day of a scheduled appointment and left their patients with very few options to receive care if they needed it. I wouldn't recommend Hope Family Practice.

I would highly recommend Wendy Williams because she's an honest, friendly & very experienced doctor that shows how much she cares about her patient's & explains/ answers anything you may need to know. She has a great sense of humor & my whole family just loves seeing her so in my opinion you cant ask for a better doctor than that. Her staff is always helpful & friendly as well. Hope Family Practice is a blessing to have in our community.
