Extremely expensive and lack of explanation.
Telehealth
I was given an at-home test by the lady at the front desk and told to “read it” and figure it out. Since the doctor was not there, I couldn’t ask any questions. The instructions included were not the doctor’s instructions. When I called with questions about the test and the supplements Dr. Wendy prescribed, they set a 15-minute phone appointment. Dr. Wendy said the instructions I was provided in the packet were inaccurate. She rushed me off the phone and transferred me to the front desk, where they charged me $75!

Dr. Wendy Wells is the best! I highly recommend her. I took my 15 year old daughter in to see her and she ran a test to see what food allergies she has. My daughter was extremely comfortable with Dr. Wendy and wants her as her primary care Dr. My turn next for hormone tests. I want a natural fix and trust her to give me the options and knowledge to make a more informed decision.

Dr Wells explained my problem in clear, concise fashion, described how the Rx will treat the problem and when some change might be expected. She is available when questions arise. I refer to her with complete confidence-in fact, made a referral today. She is treating me for a condition no allopathic doctor even suggested might be causing my symptoms. Lab work verified the Dx and I am happy to report that I am much improved in 6 months.
