Very caring and thorough

I saw her on a Tuesday afternoon because I had a painful foot, I could barely walk on it. She got an X-ray and said she’d call me Wednesday & in the mean time stay off of it to prevent damage to tendon. At approx. 3:30 on Wed., I called & left message because I never received a call . On Thursday I still haven’t received a call so I called again to see if I could get info. about my x-ray . I left a message and approx 2 -3 hrs later ( Thurs. afternoon ) I received a call back. I explained I was waiting to get results concerning an x-ray from Tuesday. She looked up my records and said Wendy left message on x-ray that there was soft tissue swelling and rest and do some exercises for tendinitis and she would refer me to a Podiatrist if I wanted. I think someone should have called me Wed. as I was staying off my foot as instructed. I shouldn’t have had to call twice to see what my x-ray showed.
