Dr. Cummings - Does not take proper notes
I visited DrCummings for an eye exam. During the visit, she noticed one of my eyes was a red and offered to write a prescription of "steroid" drops. I declined at that time. She then stated that if I changed mind, call her and she would phone a prescription in. Six days later I called her office and was told I needed an appointment for a prescription in my opinion ... Poor note taker and does not honor her word.
