Very nice and professional
I took my 5 year old in for issues with pain and ear wax build up. Mr GAO is a Physician Assistant and he is wonderful. Straight to the point, was patient and helpful. He was careful and took his time with my child.

Horrible experience did not listen and was rude
This PA did not listen to my health concerns and was rude. He laughed at me when I told him I was going complain. He was stuck on my teeth I came in for a sinus infection and he did not listen a word I said to him. Don’t go and see this guy.
