The front office staff is rude. They mumble behind a wall when they want to tell you something. They make up "protocols" when you have a request that they do not wish to accommodate. The place is filthy and run down. Back office technician is incompetent. I had to go three times for foot orthotics only to end up cancelling the order. Promised delivery dates were always off by two to three weeks. A refund was promised within two days when order was cancelled. It's been more than a week and I can't get anyone at the "corporate office" to return my calls. The local office just points the finger at the "corporate office". Go somewhere else for your health.

Great have been taking my daughter here since one for AFOs twice yearly. THey always are kind lil wait but thats eveywhere.

Very genuinely kind, he was very patient with my teen girl. He described to me and my daughter how to use her brace and to follow drs order as well. Im coming back with my stepdad to get his prosthetic arm to get repaired.
