Difficult to work with!
Telehealth
I was a client for many months, and was out of meds. Samake did not respond to repeated calls. Weeks later during our appointment said she 'had seen the calls come in' but she since she was on vacation and she knew that I had a prescription waiting for me at the drugstore, she didn't reply to let me know. Totally cold. I stuck with her because finding someone knew is a pain. Called her 2 days ago for appointment. No response. Website not working. I'm done with her.

  • Staff wasn't friendly

Don't waste your time with this provider
Telehealth
This provider seems to go out of her way to make getting an appointment difficult. Not great for someone who is supposed to be helping people with mental health concerns.

Condescending, did not listen to needs, unhelpful, uncaring provider. Almost made me want to stop trying at all
