Dr. Vjolka Zaka, AUD

Dr. Zaka has been my audiologist for years. She is highly qualified, experienced, knowledgeable and professional. She pays great attention to detail. Best of all she is very kind and friendly. Far and away the best experience I’ve ever had!

I found the Dr Vjolka Zaka to be very cold and unfriendly. I was very nervous about my appointment and the series of unknown tests in which they were about to perform. I have vertigo and when it flares up it can incapacitate me for days. When I asked for an explanation of the tests she was resistant and stated a Vestibular Evaluation. When I said I didnt know what that is, she said it the test you were referred for. And at one point started to explain billing to me? I told her I wasn’t concerned about the bill, I just wanted to know what they were going to do before they did it, so I could decide if I wanted to go through with it. I actually thought maybe she was the nurse or an assistant since she wouldn’t explain the tests and was so unhelpful. I then found out she WAS the doctor. She had no compassion as I left her office in tears.

Office staff is excellent--friendly, caring and competent. Dr. Zaka treated me for vertigo and balance issues. She explained thoroughly the tests she performed, and the results. She was very thorough, caring and competent, and made sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend her.

I was seen by Dr. Zaka for dizziness and balance issues. She is very compassionate and was thorough with testing procedures. She spend significant time to explain the different tests to be performed and discussed the results. Always returns phone calls in a timely manner and office staff is friendly.
