Nicole attended to me while I was recovering from a mitral valve replacement. She also performed a post op incision site checkup to make sure there were no drainage problems, odd swellings, things like that. She must really know her stuff because the immediate confidence she generates is inspiring and a great comfort. She is so positive, and that's what I was trying to be, too, as a patient, very positive, so that my recovery would be the best it could be.
