Had an appointment here and called to let them know that i was running late do to an accident on the highway. They told me I would have to reschedule. Went weeks before that and was so sick I was leaning over begging to be seen and only was seen because I refused to leave. Got to appointment and was rescheduled to comeback at 1:30 got back at 1:15 there was no sign in or anything they saw me walk in stand by the front counter and all. Sat there till after 4 pm before I was seen and the receptionist tried to lie and say the sign in sheet was there when we came back in but it wasn't. The doctor told me she order me and my son some labs to be done. My sons labs were done but not mine. The doctor is very concerning and friendly but the front desk clerks are very rude. I have never been treated like I have and it is just the front desk clerks with a problem.
