I have never been this disappointed about medical service professionals.. this lady is unprofessional, rude, and dishonest.. She works for Kaiser Permanente and during a recent telephone call she refused to help me.. She further falsified medical notes by adding inaccurate information about our encounter.. I am disgusted by her attitude and service. Not to mention that she did not know what acetaminophen is and her writing skills are compared to a six grader.. very unprofessional and inefficient.. I would give her zero stars if the system would allow me...
