We set an appointment a month in advance from out of state. We wanted to make sure our daughter could be seen once we moved to the area. Two days before the appointment we started calling to verify the appointment. All of our calls and messages went unanswered and no call backs. On the day of the appointment we showed up and found a locked door. We waited about twenty minutes and left more messages. So far there has been no call back, no answer to emails and no answer to text messages.

Virginia has absolutely no regard for patients. She's impossible to schedule an appointment with and is a poor listener. She will set an appointment with you and not write it down and make no effort to reschedule at a time that works for you. As someone who has seen a lot of doctors I would recommend anyone else over her.
