She forgot our appointment- twice
Telehealth
The first appointment I had with her, she forgot about. I had to call her. I had been waiting for 15 minutes on Zoom. She was just watching tv with her husband. The second appointment, she did not show up at all. I phoned her twice and got her voicemail. I sent her 3 text messages. I have not heard back from her yet. I do not recommend.
