I’d choose zero, but that’s not an option
If you are a caregiver & hope to collaborate in the patients care, find another practitioner! Despite requesting each time that I be in the appt? It was ignored. She was not interested in methods we were using to control pain, both traditional & alternative, provided no suggestions or recommendations when stated the prescribed meds were not working, and spent the appt looking at her computer “taking notes”.I would not recommend this practitioner to anyone who wishes to find solutions to a problem.

no caregivers allowed
We have had a disagreement with Benefis Pain Management center and their policy of not allowing caregivers to accompany the patient in yhe doctors office. We were not informed before the appointment and feel this policy is against AMA'S policy! We will take our business elsewhere

Worse NP I have ever dealt with. She was beyond rude to me after the fact my doctor referred me back to her. She loves to throw in my face that since I tried meth once over 20 years ago that I will use again. I have always been honest and upfront with everything. She didn't care that I had two jobs. She told me she wouldn't help and that I just need to do physical therapy. Well I know my body and what works and doesn't work. I would never send anyone to her. She treats people that they are low class trash, drug addicts, and she thinks she's the god of medicine. Worse person ever.

I went to this NP as my primary care doctor requested. I found her to be sarcastic, condescending and rude. She is quick to tell you the information your doctor has given you is wrong and anything you may know yourself. She has a dismissive laugh while she is telling you that your information is wrong. She spends more time staring at her computer than looking at you the patient. I did not find her understanding, compassionate, or anything a chronic pain patient needs.
