Viki Sullivan, FNP

The office had to cancel my appointment the day before so I rescheduled to the following day and re-arranged my schedule to do so. I arrived 10 minutes late and they wouldn't see me. How many times have I had to wait more than 15 minutes in a doctor's office? too many times! I will never go back to this NP. I will see other medical professionals in the Sutter Group, but not this one.

Worst experience with someone in the medical field ever. I’ve never met someone so condescending and rude. When asking a simple question she responded extremely sarcastically. She checked her Apple Watch every three minutes. I’m young yet I can put my phone away for a 30 minute consult yet she can’t? Unprofessional is an understatement.

I had the worse experience with Viki Sullivan NP!!! She is very unprofessional and condescending. I believe she has violated the HIPPA regulations with some of her opinions!

Worst experience in a doctor's office ever! Had an appt for my daughter for a minor (15 min) procedure & she insisted we came to the appt 10 minutes late, & refused to see her! Appt had been confirmed with the office staff prior to visit and we were actually 10 minutes early; we checked in & paid with no issue, but then she sent out her asst to tell us we wouldn't be seen. She wouldn't even consider that someone in the office had made a mistake, I'm appalled that she wouldn't even speak to us!

Unbelievable. I do not feel that Viki cares about me as an individual. She seems put out to have to be there. She asked me to follow up with her, but when I did she had no clue why I was there. She has repeatedly filled my RX the wrong way. After multiple attempts to correct her, she just doesn’t seem to be Listening, thinking or trying to see her error. I have had to beg my previous PCP to fill my rx’s in the meantime while Viki gets her head on straight. Add to that, she chews gum like a cow!

Unlike other reviews (which is hard to umderstand), Viki is the best NP's i have EVER had. I have followed her to everywhere she has been employed. Shi is to the facts yes, but she does this to get you the best treatment. She has great bedside manners and, well I would recommend her to anyone who asks in a heart beat.

Pulled my back, NP Sullivan said the best thing to do is ice it and take Motrin and the swelling will go down in 7-10 days. Explained that Motrin and muscle relaxers don't work. She said the DEA is cracking down on Opiates. Can't recommend a Medical Professional who is worried about the DEA rather then providing immediate relief and saving a person a weeks worth of agony and pay. With no pain I can move around which speeds up the recovery. Back pain needs Pain Killer-simple equation.
