Dr. Victoria Leahy, DPT

I became 69 years old and morbidly obese. I have trouble walking. Also I was diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, a fatal disease with no cure. My Pulmonologist sent me to Pulmonary Rehab where I met Doctor Victoria Leahy. At my first meeting with Dr. Leahy it was obvious she knew her stuff. She knew what was wrong with me, what she needed to do with me and IMMEDIATELY I knew I came to the right person. Soon after, I met her staff who impressed me by being very helpful and they continue to be helpful every time I go. And they are nice. I feeI like we’re a team. With Dr. Leahy, if I am unable to do an exercise or the number of reps she tells me to do she will help me to do it. Still, if I can’t she won’t force me. Since I started with her I look forward to her sessions and, amazingly, she already has me walking without my walker, cane or ANY aids!!! I consider myself VERY lucky to have found her, she’s as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside.
