Worst bedside manner. Very patronizing and does NOT listen. She seemed to have a God complex and I felt very unheard. We have been going to this clinic for at least 6 years and will never be back as long as she is employed there. I was seen by her and then had to spend more time and money to go to another doctor who actually treated me for something very simple.

Very condescending, avoided direct questions. Waste of my time. Will not return to this urgent care center solely based on my experiences with this woman.

Very, very disappointing. She is extremely condescending. She asked questions but did not listen to the answers. Weirdly she acted like nothing was wrong with me. She also wore the same gloves and gown worn with the previous patient, not acceptable but certainly with not with an immuncompromised patient. I was also shocked that she did not base her diagnosis on any type of diagnostic test. I could go on and on. I had the prescriptions filled but am wary of taking. She needs to be under the supervision of a physician.

She made me feel stupid for seeking help, and she wouldn’t listen when I tried to explain my problem.

This PA has been very thorough and accurate every time I've gone to see her. My spouse has also gone to see her with great results. I've recommended several friends who have also had great experiences.

Vicki is an excellent PA a true go getter! Very very knowledgeable in what she does! She found a collapsed lung on me last year when a Dr. didn't. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends and have.
