I had no idea that my child’s speech delay was due to hearing loss from fluid behind her ear drum. Her doctor would look in her ear but because she was laying down the doctor didn’t see the fluid. Dr. Vickie Cruse played with my daughter and kept her very relaxed while testing her hearing. We ended up getting tubes and my daughter started talking right away! We love Dr. Cruse and her staff!

Please no one bring their child her. She’s so rude, and she does not properly handle children. She did not even say hey to my child before pushing her into the room to try and do a hearing exam.
