Vicki treated my partner in the ER after he'd gotten a deep cut on his hand. She was very kind and helpful despite the ER being busy as can be that day. She was as gentle as she could be when inserting Lidocaine before stitching him up and we both really appreciated her demeanor and expertise.

This provider subscribes to the idea of "fast food" medicine. During my experience with her she did not listen to what I had to say, much less seem trulyinterested in trying to get to the root of my problem. She didn't even listen to my heart with a stethoscope when she performed an exam, or check a CBC as a baseline. Now the hospital is going to bill my insurance hundreds of dollars for my visit to the ER just for her to tell me to go see a PCP.
