Vicki DeNoia was amazing. Everything was explained in a manner I could understand. However, her staff is terrible. Ms. DeNoia recommended a medication regimen but for MONTHS I would call the staff to find out if approvals were received from Medicare and they had never applied for the approvals. They always said they would call back - NO call back was ever received. I will not call again nor will I go to see her again. I am going to find another provider for osteoporousis.
