Patient
She was very understanding and thorough showing us where breaks were on x-rays. Had her office sent up an MRI and we were back to see her 10 days later. She reviewed the MRI with us showing in depth where the problems were on the L4. She referred us to a doctor that would be able to perform a procedure to help with the pain. Very pleasant and friendly both times we met with her.

Awful
She wouldn't do anything to help. The MRI report said to have blood work done and she refused saying it wasn't her job and that a primary would have to do it. Except her office was the only office that got the MRI report and not the primary doctor. She also refused to do a referral. A total waste of an appointment.
