I was in biweekly sessions with this therapist which seemed to be doing well. She was having issues with the insurance provider Aetna claiming she is out of network when in reality she was. So I guess to cause less confusion and stress she changed her preferences and no longer accepted Aetna. There was no problem with that but I was literally on one of my last sessions waiting for her to login for our session. Turns out she sent a very informal letter to my house that I didn't not see prior to our last session . So I was sitting there for for like 15 mins waiting for her to appear. I just think that was very unprofessional and its not like she was the most attentive or responsive therapist. With all that said I would not recommend.
