Vanessa is personable & sits to listen & then discusses ways to improve & prevent your health from going down a wrong path. She is honest & encouraging. We have struggled with doctors that read a chart and don’t really ask & listen to your concerns. She has helped both my husband & I lower our A1C & our bad cholesterol by addressing our diet & our lack of exercise. Both of us see how this affects our overall health. To have an individual explain how all of this affects ones health & to encourage us in our walk to better numbers is preventive care at its best.
