We encountered Ridiculously substandard service today at Kim's Family Eyecare.
My husband needs new glasses, we went for an exam and an accurate RX in order to get new glasses.
They Refused to measure his pupillary distance, in order to be able to have an accurate RX.
They claimed that only a vision center can do that.
Because the vision centers are shut down due to the pandemic, online glasses are the only thing we can do. Those websites state pretty clearly that the OD should be measured by the DR at the time of eye exam.
So, lucky us, we found the one optometrist who apparently won't do that for their clients. Even though it takes 29 seconds and they are most equipped to take an accurate measurement.
Thanks so much for making life more difficult! Hope that 10 seconds of client care was worth it for you!
