Life Changing
Telehealth
Vanessa has been my therapist for almost 7 months now. Having weekly therapy sessions with her truly saved my life. I was in a very dark place in my life, and didn't know how to get out of the spiral I was in. Through weekly sessions, reading books she has recommended, focusing on nutrition to support my mental health, I am in a place where I can now handle situations in my life with the tools she has taught me. I have a new found sense of confidence and empowerment that I never thought I would have in my life. And even better, the feeling of peace I was looking for!
