PA was very thorough and responsive. She immediately followed up with me via email as to a referral for physical therapy and status of approval process for bone density test. She responded to my follow-up emails in a very timely manner.

My primary care doctor wasn't available, care was provided by a PA, I've had UTIs before and the complications of multiple antibiotics allergies so I know the process, the PA handled it very appropriately.
