Valerie Navarro is amazing. I had the same PCP since I was 18 and when I was 38 he left St John so I had to find a new PCP. I was so nervous since I had basically only seen him my whole life. Valerie was recommended to me and I'm so glad I found her. She is very good and listening, explaining things and helping in general. I absolutely love her!

My visit was excellent from the time I entered St. John Clinic through checking out after my appointment. The nurse was very kind, efficient and thorough. Physician Assistant Valerie Navarro was wonderful as always. She is always focused on my reason for the appointment and listens carefully when I'm explaining it. She carefully reads my file and asks questions about any changes in my health and makes recommendations. I always feel good about the care I receive from her.
