She provides such a relaxing and calm environment and she is incredibly easy to talk to! You can tell she has a lot of experience and she’s always interested and non-judgmental in her verbal and nonverbal cues! She has really helped me work through my anxiety and has helped me realize the root of the problem and how I can help myself!

I called expecting to have appointments with Valerie Stansberry, but I was given another therapist instead. The other therapist was not helpful to my needs. I decided to end therapy after 4 visits....since I felt I was wasting my time and the appointments are not cheap. I cannot rate Valerie Stansberry as I never was able to see her.
