I had to have foot surgery to cut out where two bones had fused together over the course of 4 years. I would have times where it would cramp and I could not move it, and it became extremely painful to walk on. After therapy, I started seeing Valerie Ryder at Excel in Urbana. She has helped me be able to start walking again and gaining movement in my foot. There is definitely no one better than her! She takes time to explain why your doing certain activities, and actually helps. I'd recommend her
