This person violated my privacy rights and refused to treat me for a kidney stone based on an assumption that was false. I had spoke to urology at the VA in Grand Junction five times prior to seeing this woman for the second time. She said that she wasn’t going to treat me until I spoke to urology in the middle of the waiting room and then walked away. She walked right up to me and it used my full name and said I saw you last Friday for your kidney stone in front of 10 or more other veterans.
