Valerie Johnson - the best PT!
I saw Valerie over the past 3 years. We started with pool therapy and went from there. Valerie listened to my concerns and tailored my treatment accordingly. This was especially helpful given my diagnosis of Fibromyalgia in 2001. She was able to determine the underlying muscle groups causing my pain, starting with my knees and then to my hips. She gave me exercises that improve my posture, strength and ability to climb stairs, and move without much pain. Valerie is the most effective Physical Therapist I have ever seen. Thank you, Valerie.

Dr. Johnson took her time to diagnose what went wrong for me and made an action plan. She was clear and thorough in her instructions and explained everything to me. She was professional and friendly, I felt comfortable the whole time and confident I am in good hands!
