I've been to a few therapists over my life, but none compare to my experience at New Beginnings. Valerie is a true gem. Over the past few years I have made tremendous strides thanks to her methods. She is honest, warm, caring and truly goes out of her way for her clients during and even after sessions. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with anxiety, OCD, addiction/dependency issues or depression.

I have been a patient of Valerie Jessen for a few years. She is one of the most professional individuals in her field. She takes time and seems to ask all the right questions. She established rapport with me very quickly. It us a good likelihood that I will recommend Ms. Jensen to friends and colleagues of mine. She is definitely a five star in my book.
