I've been seeing Val at SPMC for many years & hate that she cut her hours.She's thorough,conservative & expresses genuine concern.I've been a patient at SPMC for 30 years.Of them all,she's the only I'll see now(others hardly listen,mis-diagnose costing me major surgery.I've been looking to get out of SPMC for some time now.The staff is unhelpful and often don't answer the phone.They won't take messages for Val so it costs a copay just to ask a question. Looking forward to seeing Val elsewhere!
