Took the time to explain everything to us. We thought we needed to buy new aids but Valerie Fitzgibbons explained that wasnt the case! She worked on my husbands aids and they work great.

Was asked a simple question about cleaning equipment where Fitzgibbons proceeded to start by lecturing about herself instead of professionally answering the question. An insecure practitioner with bad attitude.
