A Gem in NYC
Valentina had clearly taken the time to read and learn the details of my case prior to the appointment. Because of this, she was impressively prepared. She also considered all aspects of my medical history in relation to my dysphagia. It was valuable to me to be treated in this holistic manner. Valentina was completely respectful of my dietary restrictions during the swallow tests. She was supportive and encouraging when explaining my results. She was both complete and caring in conducting my evaluation and I would recommend her to anyone struggling with dysphagia.
