My original appointment was with Dr. Carrell however due to an illness I was referred to Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel was very friendly and courteous while being professional and articulate. She took the time to explain the results of the MRI on my shoulder and the subsequent report. Dr. Patel used visual aids to explain where the pain originates and possible remedies to eliminate the pain. Overall the experience was positive and very informative.

Urvi Patel is a very professional and pleasant person that helps a patient feel at ease while learning the details about the procedure that needs to be performed. She discusses options in a very conversational manner with a clear picture of the pros and cons of each option. I recommend her and Elite Ortho highly, if you have a need for any ortho related surgical procedure in the near future.
