I saw Tzvi Noble for two years until one day he just stopped seeing me with no explanation or referral to another provider. As a professional to abandon a patient is borderline malpractice without any explanation or referral to another provider. While he is competent and good at what he does I am unsure why he would just disappear on a patient after two years without any explanation, letter, or continuity of care.
