I saw Tyler when needing urgent care for a reaction to a medication that I was prescribed (it was the weekend). Throughout the appointment I felt that he was very condenscending and rude. I was in severe pain and had evident symptoms but he treated me as if I was lying. I left the appointment in tears feeling both degraded demoralized. I followed up with my regular doctor who was surprised at Tyler’s medication substitute for my infection. Overall, disappointed in the whole interaction.
