Turkan was extremely rude and condescending which made us walk out from the office.

She is extremely rude and mean. She talked down to me while i was sick when i asked a simple question about the pills she wanted me to take.

This lady is extremely rude and does not know how to talk to patients. My mom was not feeling well at all and instead of helping with any medications or treatment, she told me to take her to the emergency room in the hospital with coronavirus going on being very well aware that it is very difficult to get a rapid treatment or medication in ER. She did not even let my mom finish talking to her about how she was feeling and she said, "End of discussion." If you want her to feel better take her to the emergency room at the hospital. My mom's symptoms were not as severe to be bothering ER staff where they are treating critically ill patients. The office is also very disorganized, they lost my medical records once after they left me a voicemail telling me to pick them up and I go to the office to pick them up on my lunch break thinking they are ready for me to pick them up. They had to search for half an hour because somebody misplaced my documents needed for school.
