First, you have to fill out dozens of pages of personal information before you can talk to a real human to explain your situation. If you are willing to take a call about therapy at your workplace, then they will offer to call you at a random time of their choosing, during business hours, to discuss scheduling. If not, they offer you exactly one appointment time for the coming week over email. If you request an appointment more than one week out, you are met with a condescending email accusing you of being inflexible. She claims to have experience with severe mental health problems, but can’t even show empathy when a patient in crisis tries to schedule an appointment! Avoid this provider unless you have a super-human amount of patience.

DO NOT see this Therapist. Takes your money upfront and then has a holier than God attitude that she is too busy and if you need to move the appointment she says she won't work with you and is too busy BUT insists she must keep your money because you didn't fill out paperwork for her in a timely manner WHAT?????? Thank GOD my 8 year old never had sessions with her.
