Dr. Former is the worst doctor I have ever had. She doesn't make eye contact with me when I try to speak to her. She doesn't answer my questions when I try to ask her. She doesn't explain anything. She is always in a great hurry to rush me out of the exam room. She has an awful "bedside manner"
