Lazy and insensitive. Plays games and didn’t care.

She is unable to listen long enough and just quickly responds to what you say like a gossip. She acts like she does it by the book but it comes across very lazy. She didn’t listen and understand my whole situation and then gave quick responses which she thought was helpful. It was pointless. Asking her to listen and respond after I finished made her tell me that she has to respond so each thing is addressed. Walking away with 20 responses have too many things to focus on. Waste of time. She also wants you to tell her what you need to do before you tell her what you are dealing with. I suggest you doing waste your time.

She is AMAZING. Super professional, respectful, empathetic, effective, understanding, listens, wonderful work ethic, responsible, helpful... She was with me from a major and one of the worse crisis moments in my life, with depression, and debilitating anxiety, to back to my real self I didn't see in years. She taught me how to manage my emotions despite situations, how to understand myself and help me during the process. She taught me what I wasn't taught by family, teachers, leaders, or authorities throughout life. Probably none of them knew how to manage their own emotions to teach me or help me with mine. In a year I've grown as a human out of decades of pain cycles. This is one of the very BEST counselors you would ever meet.
