Tricia is friendly, she cares about her patient's well being. She deserves a 10+ star rating. She takes the time to explain things.

I fractured my ankle last Saturday and thought it was a sprain. On Tuesday, I finally decided there may be cause for concern and went to Dr. Suer (whom is an amazing physician) and then the Imaging Center for X-rays. I was then referred to CIO. It was a most positive experience. Their walk-in clinic has the most efficient processes in place. I was treated with urgency, respect and kindness by all employees with whom I came into contact. I would recommend CIO here in Muncie for all ortho needs.

She amazing dr and lady she knows her job well and caring and listen and gives her professional opinion and shares it very kindly and doesn't rush through appointment ... I have seen her for a year and I have share her name with others need help with a great dr .... i enjoy seeing her and as well fill heard in appt ... so thankful for her ....

Trisha was friendly & has a great bedsid manner. She's compassionate & listened. Thorough in her examination of my leg & explained the next steps. I appreciate that she's ordered a MRI, as I've been suffering with this leg pain which initially started in my knee, for about 3 months.

Tricia was wonderful and was clear and concise on the issue at hand! She laid out a future plan for the issue and I have no other reason to see anyone else.

I walked in there because my knee was swollen. They slapped a knee brace on me and tried to SELL me crutches, Walker, and a cane. By the time I got home my knee was so swollen I thought I was going to have to cut the knee brace off. When I talk to the provider the next day she said I really didn’t need it and didn’t have to wear it. I decided to cancel my next appointment because I did not treat me they were trying to treat their wallet. I have wanted to speak to the owner but they will not speak to me.

She is such a great provider. She really listens to you. She has given me many knee joint injections and always does amazing.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Really cares about you and your problems and will go the extra mile for you. Explained everything clearly and in detail. Told me exactly what I needed to do and be doing and what was in store for me in the future as far as them making things better for me. I would highly recommend Tricia James.
