Late for the Appointment
I had a 9:10 am appointment. Dr Haugen came into the exam room at 9:50. 40 min. late for an appointment that lasted less than 5 min. If this were the first time it happened it could be excusable, but it was the second out of 5 appointments. It will never happen again.
