I have been experiencing lower back pain/soreness since giving birth to my daughter over two years ago. I finally made an appointment to see TJ and I found relief within 2-3 weeks. He sat with me while I explained my issue and performed a full evaluation. Turned out all I had to do was incorporate some strengthening excercises for my stabilizer muscles and some extra stretching into my workout routine. Now I feel great and wish I met with TJ two years ago. It was that simple!
