I went in for custom ear molds for in-ear monitors and handed a sheet to them with specific instructions and details the company I'm buying from requires. Ty looked at me and handed it back to me without even looking at it. $100 later and molds that are no good, the office has not tried to contact me and has failed to return three of my phone calls. I called a place in another city and they offered to remake molds that are insufficient for free. I highly discourage going here for business.
