I actually felt seen!
I often feel like I go to the doctor and they look at my chart but don’t actually see ME. Some doctor’s are downright demeaning. Today, I really felt seen, heard, and cared for in my appointment work Dr Green. He listened, validated my concerns, and treated me like a whole person. I felt honored and respected. It was such a refreshing medical experience, and I really wanted to publicly highlight Dr Green’s attentive care. Keep up the good work!

I don’t often leave reviews, but I was so impressed by and grateful for the care and attention that Travis demonstrated during my visit. I feel like a lot of providers just want to get you out of the door so they can get onto the next person, but Travis really took the time to listen to and validate my concerns and leave room for my questions. I just had to commend and thank him for that. Thanks, Travis!

Travis needs some additional training in bedside manner. He scared me with the worst outcome for my issue and seemed uninterested in how he came across. The nurse drawing my blood afterward could see I was upset and helped me more than he was able. He did ask if I had additional questions.

Horrible experience with Travis. Needed to see someone about injuries from birth and to re-up my acyclovir prescription (both of these topics were mentioned when I scheduled and when I saw said provider). Travis' body language and attitude made it clear that he did not want to be there. He said he didn't need/want to examine (seemed uncomfortable) and would just send to specialist, but I needed to know what was happening. Furthermore he neglected to submit my prescription!
