Travis Brault, PA-C

I would definitely not reccomend Travis Brault. Response timesare rediculous, and he and his staff do not communicate effectively. I was put in a legiti.ately dangerous medical situation due to his apathy regarding the urgency of a bad medication reaction.

This guy is dangerous, or at least his staff is. I am on Trintellix which was prescribed by Travis Brault 2 weeks ago. At 9:40am I called his office at Terros to express I was feeling terrible like my heart was beating out of my chest. The only thing that has recently changed in my routine is the Trintellix. I left a message and did not hear back until 7pm, which I can still sort of understand since I am not ignorant to the fact that Healthcare is a busy industry. The rep who called me told me I don't have an appointment again until the 23d (which I was aware of) and that they are booked until then so I would have to call back in the morning to get on their wait list. I asked if the Travis had said to discontinue Trintellix, to which the rep said Travis said nothing and that he is gone because it is 7pm (I was also aware he had probably left by that point because I don't live under a rock).  I asked if Travis could give me a call tomorrow so we could discuss getting off the Trintellix, to which the rep said "no, he will be talking to the people who have scheduled appointments." I then told the rep I no longer wanted his services and that it was weird that Travis couldn't take 2 min to call his patient in distress because of a medication he prescribed. The fact that this office expects me to wait until the 23d, or until someone else cancels to get off a medication they prescribed which is making me ill is ludacris, and I hope people veer away from Travis Brault and Terros Medical services since patient welfare does not seem to be a priority to Travis and his staff.
